Our hospital staff strives to provide our patients, visitors and guests with the best patient care, safety and services possible. We ask that if you or someone you know feels that they have not received the best quality of care possible to contact the hospital's management/administration and let them know about your concerns. Prompt attention will be given to try to remedy the situation.

If you feel that your concerns about patient care, safety and services in the hospital has not been addressed sufficiently, you may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission - accreditation health care organization by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommision.org.
