Safety First:
Visitor Policy Updated March 20, 2020
We take the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community seriously which is why we have added new visitor guidelines for Evanston Regional Hospital.
In response to current health concerns, we’ve instituted additional safeguards for entering and visiting Evanston Regional Hospital.
- All visitors are asked to wear a mask (a homemade cloth one). If you do not have one, we can provide one. Thank you to the many volunteers in our community who have made and donated these masks.
- We ask that patients entering the hospital please use the Emergency Department entrance.
- The MAIN HOSPITAL ENTRANCE will be closed 24/7.
- To access services in Uinta Medical Plaza where Physical Therapy is located, please use that building’s front entrance.
- Additionally, the REAR ENTRANCE to Uinta Medical Plaza will be closed.
- Upon entering the buildings, we will take your temperature and screen patients and visitors.
- Limit of 1 to 2 visitors per patient.
- No visitors under the age of 18.
- No visitors with upper respiratory symptoms, fever, sore throat or a runny nose.
